How to use the brushes

The brushes are stored in standard Illustrator format, open the brushes file via the brushes palette. Select the brush from the brushes library and then apply either as a brush stroke, apply to text, apply to paths, and much more. The brushes can also be converted to Illustrator symbols or the brushes can be converted to another brush type; the brushes can be used as paths as well; they can be combined, re-colored, warped, effects applied and much more; they can also be exported to other applications such as Photoshop and used as designs in that

How to change the color of the brushes

You can change the color of the brushes in the source document if you wish (all the brushes are now stored in the brushes file as well as just in the brushes palette). You can duplicate the brush, save the color. You can also apply tints / color changes to the brushes via the brushes library by double clicking the brush and then chaging the hue / tint etc settings and then changing the color of the brush via the stroke setting. You can also double click on the brush design in the actual brush file and change parts of the brush stroke, perhaps changing the opacity, blending mode or moving certain parts of the brush stroke etc.
