Additional notes Gradients GradientCombo7 plug-inPowerful gradient plug-in with 1000s of different gradients. Plug-in includes a number of different gradient apply methods as well as gradient combination types and center options. The plug-in also includes spatial and color factors, noise setting, center settings and gradient mix settings. The plug-in generates the gradient based on the current foreground and background color setting in the Photoshop (and others) toolbox, varying the colors can radically change the end gradient result. The gradients can be combined via the fade functionality in Photoshop or use the gradient plug-in across layers to blend the gradients in many different ways, as well as combining with the standard effects in Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. The gradients generated are near impossible to describe, the plug-in can literally create millions of different colorful designs including fragmented gradients, radial gradients, artifact gradients, linear gradients, ribbon gradients, warped gradients, abstract gradients, columnar gradients, jarring gradients, ring gradients and many more. As with all the plug-ins in the Andrew's plug-ins, the end result can be inverted, color wrapped around the color extremes or tiled or mirrored and many other different output modes (there are 88 included with the plug-in). The generated gradient can be used as a source for an effect such as a blur or smear or sepia or tone or other effects modes via the effects dropdown. Using the effects dropdown, many unique blurring and smearing effects can be created such as patchy or radial or warped blurring. Please note: references to the gradients and patterns do not refer to the patterns and gradients included with Photoshop. The plug-in generates its own patterns and gradients. The pattern designs, can be, if so wished, defined as patterns via the tiling output modes.
Patterns PatternMagic plug-inThe patterns plug-in is similar to the pattern plug-in but instead of a smooth transition of color, the pattern plug-in generates discrete pixel designs such as squares, warped designs, circular designs and many more. The plug-in comes with a number of pattern types and variant settings to create many unique pattern designs. The pattern's color uses the current foreground and background color from the toolbox. The generated designs can also be output inverted, color wrapped, tiled, mirrored, dark edge effect applied and many more via the output dropdown. The pattern's color can also be re-colored using the color sliders or if you wish to experiment with 100s of color combinations, simply click the color button (the plug-in comes with many different randomization features such as randomizing the output/blend settings, pattern combinations as well as extreme randomization of the settings). The pattern can also be used as a source for an effect such as blurs and smears
Utility VerticalStretch plug-inStretching plug-in. The plug-in stretches the vertical pixels off the image or crunches the pixels into the top edge of the image. The plug-in includes a basic control to stretch the vertical (rotate the image by 90 degrees to stretch the horizontal) along with fine tuning controls to match the edge to the required position. The empty space (if reduced in size) is set to the background color set by the plug-in (by default, black). The plug-in comes with a number of stretching apply methods such as basic, radial, triangular, random (for very interesting noise smeared stretched images) and others.
