example above shows a painted sketch dog pattern from the the patterns pack 75 - applied as a fill layer in Photoshop. The layer can be shifted as well as scaled. The layer can be re-colored by using an adjustment layer hue in Photoshop (or you can just flatten the layer and then use the full range of features in Photoshop elements and other applications)
