Additional notes
- Easter egg symbols for Illustrator are all easy install, simply add the easter eggs AI file to the presets symbols folder and access the symbols via the open libraries command within Illustrator. Once accessed, the easter egg symbols are added to the open document library and can be modified in many different ways. You can also simply just open the key symbol library file and make permanent modifications to the Easter egg designs in there such as re-coloring the designs or breaking the symbol apart.
- The Easter eggs symbols are easy to use throughout Illustrator ® in many different ways. They can also be quickly converted to a standard path (and gradient) by using the expand command. Once expanded, the easter egg design can then be warped and distorted or points modified as required.
- Use Easter eggs symbols with the symbols sprayer tool, spray an entire document with multiple easter eggs and then use the symbols re-sizer or stainer or rotation tool etc to modify the design. The eggs can also be re-positioned and modified without using the symbols tool.
- Use Easter eggs symbols with the 3D map art tool. Select a path and go to the effects menu and apply a 3D design. The dialog for the 3D design accepts additional input such as mapping the easter eggs symbols to the different parts of the 3D surface.
- Convert symbols to Easter egg brushes, simply select a symbol and drag the symbol to the document surface and then re-drag the Easter egg symbol to the brushes palette and save as pattern or scatter or artistic brush and then set all the various randomizations and scattering and tinting etc as required.
