Flower Font sets - unique designs

The flower fonts included in the sets are unique - each set includes different flower items. So when you get the 100 or so flower designs, they are not included in any other font sets on this site.

flower style

example above from the pack 161 - the flower design has a blue style applied to it - the original is on the left.

Installing flower fonts on a PC

On a mac, use the font book application

On the PC, right click the TTF file and you will either get the command to install the font or options to open the font file - select the windows font viewer (as below). You will then see an option to install the TTF font. The TTF font is then placed in the font library / control panel of the PC.

Fonts in Photoshop and PS Elements

Fonts can be used as a source for 1000s of designs in Photoshop as well as the sister product, Photoshop Elements.

The flower / rosette fonts / designs can be accessed via the type tool. Once selected, set the font to one of the design fonts and apply the text as you would type A B C etc.

The font design can be used as a custom shape / path, fills can be applied, the text can be applied as a selection, layer effects can be applied and much more. The flower / rosette font designs can also be converted into a custom shape and saved to the custom shapes palette for future use.

The font design can be modified as well using the standard warp / transform tools or points tools. The font design can also be saved as a Photoshop brush or Photoshop pattern etc

Access flower fonts in CorelDRAW

The flower fonts, as with all the other fonts on graphicxtras.com, can be used in many applications such as CorelDRAW (X6, X5, X4 all the way to the earliest versions of the application)

text tool

To access the text designs, use the text tool and then select the flower font via the font list (found at the top of CorelDRAW). Set the color etc

interactive fill

Interactive fill tool can be used to add gradients, radial gradients, bitmap fills, etc to the flower shape font design in CorelDRAW

bevel effect added

Bevels can be added via the effects menu bevel command in CorelDRAW as well as other effects

bevel effect

Flower font shape but this time using the center option in the bevel offset - the flower font shape is live so the flower design can be quickly changed by simply typing a new character such as G or B instead of W.

flower photo-paint

The flower fonts also work fine (as do all the other fonts on graphicxtras) in Photo-Paint X6 which comes as part of the CorelDRAW suite. CorelDRAW and Corel are registered trademarks of the Corel Corporation. Access the flower shapes via the text tool and the font list.

alchemy tool

The flower shapes work fine with the various filters that come with Corel Photo-Paint such as the powerful drawing and painting engine called Alchemy
