Installation Custom shapes are stored in CSH files. The custom shapes CSH files can be accessed in most recent versions via the file > load command. The shapes can also be placed in the presets custom shapes folder of Photoshop or Photoshop Elements and then accessed via the custom shapes tool palette dropdown. Select using the custom shape tool.
