The designs are all stored in PDF format. To use in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements or Paint Shop Pro (and many other applications) use the standard file > open command (or place or import depending on the menu) and use the design as a layer.
The layer can be placed anywhere in a design, flattened into the image, combined with other elements. The designs can be re-colored, effects applied, the designs transformed and rotated and warped and much more. The designs are vectors so can be used to any size of document: 100 x 100 or 4000 x 4000 or 300DPI 600DPI etc.
The designs can also be used as smart objects in Photoshop so you can re-size at a later time. The designs can be saved as PNG or TIFF if required.
