To use in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements or Paint Shop Pro (and many other applications) use the standard file > open command (or place or import depending on the menu) and use the design as a layer. The layer can be placed anywhere in a design, flattened into the image, combined with other elements. The designs can be re-colored, effects applied, the designs transformed and rotated and warped and much more. The designs are vectors so can be used to any size of document: 100 x 100 or 4000 x 4000 or 300DPI 600DPI etc. The designs can also be used as smart objects in Photoshop so you can re-size at a later time.
The designs can be saved as PNG or TIFF if required. All the designs are by graphicxtras.com for commercial and personal use, you can use the designs to create parts of logo designs, illustrations, in books, in CDs, leaflets, website designs, scrapbooking designs, as a source for brushes and patterns and much more. Many examples below, the full set contains many more.
All the PDF designs here are gradients (gradients created in Illustrator). They can be used to any size, they can be combined, overlapped, used as frames, re-applied over and over (great for backgrounds), the designs can be re-colored, effects can be applied to blur or warp the PDF designs and much more
The PDF designs are vectors. If you use PNGs for your scrapbooking work then you might also find these files just as easy to use. The PDF files cannot be used in all applications (but they can be used in Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro as well as Apple pages and more) You can use them as layers, or combine them with the image (say using a blending mode of darken or lighten or difference) and much more. There is no installation folder for these designs, they are just pure image files that can be used in 1000s and 1000s of ways.
