4. Denoise filter in macros
The great thing about Affinity Photo as with many apps, is that you can store a set of steps by recording and this is done in the macro panel (view menu) in Affinity Photo and you can combine the denoise filter along with other powerful filter effects such as deform filter and mirror filter / symmetry in Affinity Photo and the macro can be re-applied over and over to create amazing designs including repeat applies of the denoise.
5. Denoise filter on layers
All the filters work amazing well on layers and you can use the denoise filter on a layer (with a shape or perhaps the same image as below or perhaps a scaled form of the image) and the denoise filter can be applied and the layer can then be quickly blended with the background layer using a whole range of blending modes in Affinity Photo. Also, layers are super useful as if the denoise filter effect doesn't look great later on then you can always just remove the denoise layer and start again without any destructive effect on the image.
